Hmmm. I'm having a real hard time deciding. I think both look great. I may be leaning towards untucked just slightly.

I vote tucked, your waist is defined more with the tucked version. I'm a fan of peplum worn untucked with skinny jeans to show off the flare. Here the flare competes with the flare on the skirt.

I think you can go either way and look fantastic in each. Personal preference is tucked for me

I decided it looked better tucked w/ blazer, but untucked w/o blazer, so I guess that just means it's versatile! Can't complain about that!
