WiW: Chevron and Tulle Skirt at Work

Good morning!

Back to work for me (haha). It was hard to find an outfit today that would limit my "Arms above the head" movements because I still hurt from the gym!

Some old favorites are working together to be awesome. As per YLF suggestion, I tried a brighter top!

  • Blazer: Rickis
  • Top, Pumps: Le Chateau
  • Skirt, Earrings: Anthropologie
  • Watch: Fossil
  • Belt: Joe Fresh

Brighter top looks great in this outfit remix.  Nice job!

Looks great!  I have a hard time with proportions on full skirts, but you always seem to get them right.

I'm digging anything with bold B&W and this skirt is no exception! Really love it mixed with the charcoal blazer.

Ah Lyn, I should have known you would own this skirt. I am completely in love with it. This is a wondeful mix of tailored and feminine pieces the colors and textures are so lovely together. You make me want to try something similar. So good to see your Lyn-ness again!

I'm glad you guys liked this combination - I'm not sure about this colour on me though; I thought it would be more pink and less orange :p

@ Sara L - I had a lot of issues too, then I just tucked everything in :p

@ ABC - one of my patients commented on how bold my skirt was today. I don't think he's ever commented on anything in his surroundings before - I take this as a good thing :p HAHA.

@ Day Vies - I had to cut about 4 to 5" off it!!! It's so long!!!!
