WIW: Orphan out to play!

Good morning!

Not really sure how this skirt became an orphan, but it seems to play okay with neutrals!

I really wish I could go to work with bare leg, but not quite that daring yet!

Blazer: RW&Co.
Top: SmartSet
Skirt: H&M
Tights: DKNY
Pumps: Naturalizer
Watch: Fossil

Have a lovely day! I have call, so bleerrrrh.

Love,
Lyn

    Yay, a Lyn WIW! :-D

I can't see why that skirt's an orphan either --- so pretty! How about a paler hose to tone with the shoes and lower contrast with the skirt? Maybe grey if you have some? Or a darker shade of 'nude' than your actual nude?

I love this outfit! Why is the skirt orphaned?

If a doc dressed as pretty and stylish showed up to care for me, I'd be thrilled! Love this skirt lyn - it's very "twirly"!

The skirt looks lovely with that jacket. I love all the soft tones. I am glad you are giving the "orphan" a little overdue lovin!

Orphan no more! Looks wonderful with the charcoal and black.

I love it! Your skirt is gorgeous Lyn!

It's absolutely lovely. I'm with Manidipa though, a paler pair of pantyhose would look better to my eye. Unless you balanced it out with black on top.

It would look beautiful with a white or peach top too.

Love the skirt with grey jacket & shoes. Like to see how it looks with lighter hose too.

This is wonderful, Lynn! I like the light color of the skirt paired with the deeper neutrals. The length of the jacket and the skirt are both spot on, fitting the trends toward more relaxed jackets and longer skirts. Hope your shift is smooth sailing!

What a craaaaaazy call shift (and not saying that just because I'm on psychiatry!) I think I orphaned this skirt because it feels silky and I wasn't very much into silky!

I will try to dig out some light coloured or funky coloured hose next time I wear this :) I think I have some purple. HAHAAHA.

    Luv.

Oooh this is a lovely skirt! I really like how you've styled it with the grays, and definitely can see this with lighter shades as well. The silky texture of the skirt against the blazer looks great.
