Ugh. I ordered this dress online and they had used a stock photo to advertise. When it came it had clearly been modified and the previous owner was about 5 feet tall.
I stayed up late to let out the hem; but now you can see the results!!! Hope it was okay- so sleepy.

Ceit: the material is actually like windbreaker fabric which definitely made sewing an interesting experience!!

I love your necklace. Now, tell me Lyn would you give the seller a less than perfect rating on ebay? Was it advertised as having been altered? I would be annoyed. THe neckline is lovely though. And nice colours.

I won't buy anything from ebay when stock photos are used. Dress is cute, lucky you still had enough hem to let down. Length looks good.

It's a cool dress and looks pretty on you. In these photos I can't see where you let out the hem. What a disappointing eBay experience, though. I agree you should rate the seller down if they didn't mention the alterations.
