K/R: Blush Florals, Blogger Inspired!

A straight dress that doesn't make me look four months pregnant? Does that exist?

I ordered this dress before Amber picked it for her blog but I think we both love it!

I was hoping for your YLF help because I don't usually wear this colour and the length I am unsure of. It passes the sit and the run test!

ETA: Here's Amber's take (Pic #4) and a link to her blog page! Love her; she's so adorable... - http://www.foreveramber.co.uk/.....elfie.html

The dress is great on you. But I'd prefer a black or darker shoe to make the whole look less sweet.

Gorgeous dress!  I think your coloring is similar to mine and this is the blush that Angie told me to look for (clear, not muddy).

I like Anna's idea to try a black shoe.

Killer to the power of Killer - that's what I think of the dress.

I like the sleeve on the dress. It fits very well and to me both length and color are fantastic on you. I like you in this style of dress. It is very becoming.

Absolutely beautiful dress! I think gray or silver shoes would be nice.

Love it on you. We should all be so lucky to find a fit like that!

    Suits you very well indeed!

It's gorgeous on you! Looks like a perfect fit.

The fit is great and I really like that silhouette on you! The color works too. I like the mix of light and darker shades that you can match to your footwear.

That's a beautiful dress, Lyn! Funny how you mention that straight dresses make you look 4 months pregs. A-line and fit and flares do that to me! ;)

    Knockout!

Beautiful ... And such killer fit and length!! No doubt ... A big fat KEEP!

Gorgeous. What is the fabric?  It looks like neoprene??

  • lyn* replied 9 years ago

    @ Deborah - Yup; it's a polyester neoprene!

  • Deborah replied 9 years ago

It can be a lovely fabric to wear and it really holds it shape and doesn't crease... winner.

And my tea stain wash right out :D

  • CocoLion replied 9 years ago

Not sure why you don't wear a sheath more often.  You look amazing in everything lyn, don't hesitate to try any style you please, you can pull it off.

So yes, I love you in this dress!

  • Ornella replied 9 years ago

So Lyn and SOOOO FAB! I would love to see it with dark shoes as Anna suggests, but with the black belt or sash too (K's rehearsal dress comes to mind).

  • lyn* replied 9 years ago

@ Cocolion - I have tried on many, many sheaths before I find ones that are structured enough to make me not look like I am 3 months pregnant! I tried two from Zara and they were simply dreadful! They definitely went back!

@ Ornella - I'll try it with a larger contrast next time I wear it :)

  • Joyce B replied 9 years ago

Looking fab! It's different from the styles I have seen you wear and it also looks great on you.

That colour blush is great on you; keep!
