They are both great. What will you be wearing these with mostly? The grey is a great neutral if you are wearing lots of color in your outfits but the red is fun for wearing with neutrals. I'm no help am I? I would pick grey for myself, of course.

I think the red is so fun! I'm a fan of statement shoes.

  • Suz replied 4 years ago

    Both?

Seriously, I love the red for you best....but if you need a neutral go for the grey!

  • Mirp replied 4 years ago

    Red.

  • cheryle (Dianthus) replied 4 years ago

The red looks almost coral on my monitor. I have a bit of a thing with coral these days so I would be tempted to go that way.

Does the red work with enough of your clothes? If so, go for it. If not, then the neutral grey is really nice too.

I went with the grey; I'm going to get some black laces for them though - and wear them to work at night. Boots sometimes make my feet smelly ;)

Thanks everyone! The grey are entirely sold out (last pair on my feet!) - but there is still three stacks of the red left. I took that as a sign too!

These are a great pair of shoes. Where did u get them?

  • lyn* replied 4 years ago

They are Josef Seibel's - at Costco of all places! $89 CDN.

  • Thistle replied 4 years ago

I would have picked grey too. A nice neutral. I like red shoes a lot, but I fear them becoming orphans.

  • lyn* replied 4 years ago

Yeah, that was my thinking too, Thistle - they looked great with jeans, but I almost never wear jeans!

  • Debora replied 4 years ago

Hah! So funny about all the red shoes still available. I would take that as an omen too. Looks like you were destined for the grey!

  • lyn* replied 4 years ago

@ Deborah - I was shopping with my sister and as soon as she saw the red she said "EWWWW." I take that as an omen too ;)

  • lynne replied 4 years ago

Josef Seibel at Costco! I'll be darned.

  • lyn* replied 4 years ago

There were a whole bunch of sandals too! And men's shoes!

  • CocoLion replied 4 years ago

I would have picked the grey for versatility. All my brightly colored shoes end up as orphans.

  • Deborah replied 4 years ago

I see you got the grey...either colour would have been great. Cannot wait to see them on your lovely feet.

  • cheryl replied 4 years ago
Those are both great. If they are very comfy you can stalk the red since they have a lot left lol and maybe get them marked down. :)
  • Tanya replied 4 years ago
They are both gorgeous, so it would have been a tough choice for me as well.  I see I went with the grey, which i think is very wise.  Enjoy your new shoes!

Another vote for grey. I love the red but prefer the versatility of a neutral
  • Ingunn replied 4 years ago
I think you could get a lot of wear out of the red ones. You have the personality and wardrobe for them, I'm sure :)
  • Raisin replied 4 years ago
Tough choice, but grey always steals my heart :)
  • Kristin L replied 4 years ago
They both look great. If you can only pick 1 pair, I'd go with the red ones.
