WiW: Itchy Skirt Swap Out!

We can all use a red pencil skirt, right?

I used to love the flare metallic tulle skirt but man was it itchy! All the way to clinic and all the way back it just poked and itched and yes, in the donate bin now. If it looks fab I may try taking out the liner (there are two layers) but is it fab enough for surgery?

Luckily found a cute pencil skirt for the swap and got a pic on my run home! ETA it was marked down to 7.99 from 45.99 with additional 50% off. One left in my size! Made for each other!!!

    Rats about the tulle skirt, I love it. It reminds of the skirt I wore last Friday to the Book of Mormon.

    Love the red skirt and think it will be so useful for you. I have a ponte version this year, and find it goes with more than I thought it would.

    I like the red better! The tulle skirt seemed a bit much. I love the inverted pattern mixing -- you're so wonderful at that.

    BTW -- now I want a red pencil skirt! ;-)

    I really do like the tulle skirt. If you have the skills to save it, I totally would.

    The red skirt is awesome!
    Too bed the tulle skirt is itchy, it looks interesting but comfort is important. If it is in the donate pile anyway you don't loose anything if you try to remove the lining and see if it helps.

    I agree, the red pencil is lovely, but I am more used to seeing you in the flare type....so I woul go ahead and remove the tulle! no loss really...most of the clothes donated do not get resold but tossed...so you might as well be the one to do the tossing if it doesn't work. (we just have too many clothes in the world now)

    Love the pencil skirt on you even more than the metallic itchy one. Poor you. I HATE itchy anything, esp. itchy legs when you can't do anything about it.
