  That is a cute dress! How does the length feel? One of the grad students wears dresses that short or shorter all summer. I don't know how she does it!

  Well, lyn, you know how I've always (always always) wanted a kitty dress given that I'm an aspiring crazy cat lady (ok, not really but I'm a cat mom :)) so you know I have a bit of a bias. The length is good - I wear a few of my dresses/skirts that length. It does have a more casual vibe.

  Echoing what Ceit asked: how do you feel about the length? Were you comfortable?

  @ Una - YES. They are KITTEN FACES.

  @ Ceit - I think the length is short for me, but I don't mind if I'm going to do a sitting activity (vs. running around trying to get groceries or something). This is my only dress that is this short; I'm more comfortable with a midi, to be honest.

  @ Jen - I think ModCloth has the knock off of this  one :)

  @ ABC - Great minds think alike!

  @ Katie - I don't actually really like cats, they make me sneeze. They also put their claws in my tights so I get holes. This makes me sad. I think the length is okay, but I wouldn't invest more into this length.

  @ Gigi - And that's okay once in awhile :)

  Awwww... Sadly that's how cats are. I can't tell you how many times my cat scratched me with her back paws (declawed by previous owner :(). I think the length would be fab with tights! Top that with a black (or red!!!!) jacket and tall boots!

  What fun!  I was thinking, a BBQ is a seated activity?  Of course, I'm usually doing the cooking.........running back and forth to the kitchen, etc.  I'd have to wear my jockey slipshorts to make sure I didn't flash the neighborhood kiddos while refilling the ice trays!  And my dog would complain about the kitty pattern.

  Seriously, a fun, conversational print is perfect for a fun summer party, and it's the perfect place for a shorter skirt!  Nothing scandalous here!
