WiW: 10.11 - Pre Long Weekend!

Now that it is definitely fall (almost freezing out last night) I thought it was time to pull out some old favorites from last fall to see if they still worked for me!!

I remember really liking the texture of this dress and the flare. I think the colour is okay. I somehow think it is missing something - but maybe that is part of its utility; I can always add things (dotty cardigan) to make it more interesting!!

    I think you are being too hard on yourself -- this is a perfect blank canvas that can be changed up with belts, accessories, and toppers!

    Love this dress!  It is memorable, but also versatile.  I could see it dressed up with a statement necklace, sheer hose and heels with no topper for a night out, too.

    I think it looks great on you. But I have a few items that I remember being workhorses last year that I feel are kind of boring this year. I love how you've livened it up with the cardigan!

    It *is* an excellent blank canvas. Try a blazer or change up the belt. Are cap sleeves awkward for adding a blouse underneath?
