WiW: Pink workhorse for spring!

Good morning! Off to do a day of public health and I brought my favorite pink blazer out to play again! It was definitely a on the lam purchase that has since paid off in CPW! And of course, it jams nicely with Ms. Taylor Swift's dress. Lol! Nothing too exciting here, but the ponytail is getting a bit long (#3 gives you a bit of an idea!) Cheers! Lyn

Lyn, this is so fresh and feminine. And I hear you on the usefulness of a pink jacket. I wore my fuchsia H&M $20 wonder into the ground in the fall! I am taking it out for one last spin in the spring.

This looks great! But I would like to see nude hose and your tall brown boots also!

    Happy sigh!!!!
    Just love your wardrobe Lyn....
Love every piece you wear. If I had the budget and The hair I would shamelessly copy you :)

I love the pink jacket with that dress!  I like Ceit's idea of nude hose since the black tights seem a little heavy for the dress.  However, the black belt does a nice job of tying the whole outfit together.

Nude hose???!!!! LOL. Over my dead body!!!! Well. Maybe. Lol. Actually, this is a very economical look! The dress was $29 on clearance from Modcloth, and the blazer was $35 on clearance from RW&Co. The belt was $4.80 from Forever 21. The earrings were $7.80 from RW&CO too! :) can't help with the hair!

Love how the dress and blazer go so well together Lyn and it's a great color for you. Wow - your hair is getting so long!

Yep - another vote for nude hose. C'mon Lyn...you can do it!

Nice! (A little punky, you know, with the black hose and full skirt).

Ladylike Lyn, rocking florals and the pink blazer. You are a sight for sore eyes!

Love!!! Eat your heart out Kate Spade! She got the look for less than the cost of a zipper on a Kate Spade dress! :)

This is beautiful lyn*! Feminine but not even close to making teeth hurt : )

Love pink blazer with the floral dress. The tones are fresh and not overly sweet. I'm still looking for "my" pink blazer!

A sight for sore eyes on a dreary grey day. I love your look.

I love the jacket over the full skirt. SO pretty Lyn!  (Marking as favorite! ) Is the belt navy? If so that is a genius color with the pink.

More love for the jacket with the full skirt. If tights and belt are black, I like Day's idea of navy with this.

    Thanks ladies!

Sorry for the colour confusion - the tights are actually brown (but pretty dark, I'll admit) and I was bookending with my hair, but I'll see if I can find some nude ones to try - it seems like they only make "nudes" for people who are some shade of "white" or "brown" and there really isn't any for my own tone.

The belt, is also navy - I have a black one somewhere too, but I grabbed navy to go with pink - I will try another time with the black belt too (ninja!) - I often wear this dress with a brown belt though!

@ Unfrumpled - there is another really cute pink blazer at Ricki's - it's not on sale right now, but you can always try it on! I wanted to get it too, but I liked the texture of this one a little bit more! I have the Ricki's blazer in cobalt blue and I wear it a lot too!

@ Suz - H&M blazers are trouble for me - I keep on buying them but never wear them! NO MORE H&M for me :P
