WiW: Pattern Mixing... Again!

A non clinical day! Finally! I can pull out this dress today as it is a little short if I have to whip it out in clinic!

I experimented with letting the shirt's sleeves fold out and over, but unfortunately they were too short as they are this weird length (on between t shirt and elbow length).

Thought this look would casual down the brocade which I love, but definitely isn't too casual.

Definitely a variation on a theme with the outfit from last week!

Cheers!

What a great idea to casualize the brocade dress with a plaid shirt and pattern mixing! The colors are so pretty on you.

    Cute outfit!

I love your pattern mix, and yes -- it's hard to wear plaid in a way that does NOT dress down an outfit. I call this a success!

I love the pattern mixing and the colors you chose. Mint and berry with blue and gray -- I like it! most of all I love how your dresses fit and flair as well as the fit of your cardigans. Thank you for the post!

Great pattern mixing. I love the addition of the soft green too, it adds some cheer to the dark navy.

I'm in love with the pattern on that dress and I think it perfect with those brown boots. You have such great style!

Great outfit - love the colours and the pattern mixing.
By the way, I stopped by LeChateau today and had a look at that plaid dress you showed us the other day. It has a ton of style, and for a lined dress, made in Canada, the price is unbelievable. There was a further 40% discount that brought it down to about $42! But, it's only a bargain if you love it!
I tried it on myself and loved the fit, but the colour wasn't flattering. :-(

@Missvee - there definitely is additional 40% off; and I have been having second thoughts about that dress! Might be time to try it on again! It's too bad it didn't work out for you though :(
