WiW: Old Bright Favorites on a Grey Day!

Man, after a week of double digit temps, we're back to snow and sleet and general yuckiness outside! :( It is supposed to snow more tomorrow - I guess it's a good thing I didn't wash my car? It's quite filthy, though, so I probably need to take it to the car spa in a very bad way!

I enjoy this pink twill dress very much - I have a similar one in navy too; and wish they made it in more colours! Gah, oh well!

And a pug enjoying their tunes this morning! - #4.

PS: The washing system ate these tights, but they are my only dark purple ones, so we'll see what happens - haha; maybe I need to go tights shopping!

Gorgeous dress!  I love the rich, bold color, and it looks warm and cozy with the scarf and sweater.

Love your fur baby!!  Too cute!

Wow, that necklace was a great find. You look great in this shade of pink.

I love the dress! It's so flattering on you! I love bright colors, too, and recently wore a turquoise tee with fuchsia skinny jeans and a leopard belt. I felt so bright and cheery!

Fab outfit Lyn with great color for spring. Now we just need to get you into nude hose :)

Ack - that is the cutest fur baby!

@ Sona - I am looking into getting nude hose; there was nothing at Winners in my shade. I may order from an asian store - I guess we're yellow. :p

@ Thistle - Unfortunately, this is a pic I found online, I don't have a furbaby, but if I did, it would totally be a little pug or a shiba inu. I don't have the time to look after a fur baby right now, unfortunately (so it would be unfair for me to get one, right?)

@ Ceit - Yeah, I know, huh? I hum and hawed about buying it too! I love it!

    @ Wendi - I don't have a leopard belt (how adventurous!) - I do have a snakeskin print one I may try!

    @ Shannon - HAHAHA. No.

I got my leopard belt at Target. I have practically no belts, but I am trying to learn to accessorize with them. So I was looking for something that would go with everything, when the leopard one caught my eye. It actually worked as a "neutral", I think, and was much more fun than plain brown or black. I plan to wear it more often; next I may wear it over my black cardigan with a bright tank top and black skirt.

Cute dress!!! I am joining Shannon on the nude hose brigade. Besides, nude hose would sort of match the pug.

I hear you on the weather. It is snowing like mad in Banff now.
