  Cute!  I like the blazer over the dress to make it more professional.  I also like how the black belt ties the black tights into the outfit and keep it from feeling twee.

  The dress is really cute... and I guess that is part of my problem with it... I am only mentioning this because it is an issue for me. At this length, the shape and the colors, it can come off as somewhat juvenile.
