  Hmm. The top and bottom are making a very hourglassy shape. Maybe too triangular? I think the shape of the sleeves on this top are part of the problem. A shirt this body-con but with larger short sleeves does look a bit like you've been hitting the spinach. :)

  I do think that the jean jacket makes those problems a non-issue and creates a cute outfit!

  Hmm, not seeing the Popeye. I think it looks classic and pretty.  Maybe a red belt to amp up the nautical theme  :)
