WiW: 5.20 - Picnics and Denim

Clearly someone wants to hold into their long weekend a little longer!' It is supposed to be beautiful outside today, but of course we are all back to work!

I don't really like the dark flats although they do bookend the hair; I'll swap to nude pumps and a navy cardigan at work.

ETA: I wore the black flats this afternoon and the nude pumps this morning - the best of both worlds! :)

    Oh, so fab, Lyn! A++ for pattern mixing. Super cute. I really like it with the denim jacket, and I think your dark shoes are just fine. It doesn't look like they're black; dark black might work even better. I think your nude ones will be perfect. I hope you have a great day.

    From your description I thought I'd like nude shoes better but I actually really like the black flats. They not only bookend but also pull in color from your top.

    So cute! That's a great checked skirt. The black flats look good, but I hear you on feeling dark in the feet sometimes; I'd wear gold, white or nude with this, too.
