WiW 5.16 - And it keeps on raining...

A FFBO for this morning! Quick and easy: I was thinking to the idea of using a dress in a mix and match capsule wardrobe and remembered I usually used a belt in the way of an additional "piece" but this also applies to earrings! There's a lot of "real estate" between your ears and your shoulders if you wear your hair up!

Gotta keep dry today, so went with a poly blend dress. I really like cotton this time of year, so hopefully the weather cooperates soon!

Ps: and there are pockets!

    That's a good tip about earrings.

    I would it to rain. I'm feeling crispy from our recent, weird heat wave.

    Love the pattern of the dress and the fit on you.  Earrings are tough for me, but you are right, it all depends on how you are wearing your hair.

    So true on the earrings! Though I've noticed I'm not wearing my longer earrings with my current short ponytail; when I had the loooong high pony dangly earrings were par for the course. LOVE the print on that dress, that is just gorgeous. Shoo rain!!

    You are are so right about the earrings. When I was most skint and lived in plain t-shirts or patterned, the plain ones could be switched up in mood just by changing out earrings (easiest accessory in heat)... Sporty with plastic stripes or beachy with a starfish or boho with danglers, a little dressier with gemstones, artsy with painted wooden studs...
