WiW: 04.16 - A (Hidden) Twist on an old Favorite!

Do any of you guys see what is new with my plaid dress?

Hopefully not, because that wouldn't be a very good hidden twist! I just turned it backwards because the "neckline" in the back was higher and over the course of the day I felt it was lower than I liked!

Luckily, the pockets are on slant so no problems there!!

And the buggy earrings are out to play on a no patient day!

Any styling suggestions for this dress? I feel a bit stagnated with it sometimes despite my love for it!

    Beautiful color and pattern on the dress. Glad it is versatile enough to flip around!

    If it were me, I'd pop a pullover over it and wear the dress as a "skirt." I do that all the time. Or, if it's not too tight, put a long-sleeve tee under it (in which case you could wear the dress either backward or forward).

    How handy that it can be worn both ways! You can pick whatever neckline suits your mood that day ^^

    Maybe adding a pop of color, somewhere, somehow... it's looking a bit dark for spring and that might refresh it.

    Indeed. It is quite dark - I can try to layer something brighter with it! :) what an idea! Hmm!

    I like the dress. I think Gracie has a good idea. Could you find a cardi the same color as the lightest color on the dress? It looks like maybe a lime green?

    I love your backwards version. No one would ever know. How about adding some crisp white to the outfit for spring?

    What a great twist for the dress, I don't think that ever would have occurred to me!   I love the idea of the green cardigan!!!!!
