I haven't seen another post (this seems like a sequel?) but I like the middle one the best.

Hmmm, I am torn here, but is really think the shorter version is the best for the puffy skirt.

For me, it's a tie between 1 & 2.   The third one seems a little too short when compared with the sleeve length.

    #3 for skirts.

  • Kristin L replied 10 years ago

    Hmmm.... I'm leaning towards #2.

  • Karie replied 10 years ago

    Either #2 or #3

  • Joy replied 10 years ago

#3 as styled. The jacket looks like it fits beautifully.

  • krishnidoux replied 10 years ago

    I like it longer.

  • Parsley replied 10 years ago

Since you almost always wear full(ish) skirts, I like the shortest length.

Listen to Angie! She knows her stuff!

  • Janet replied 10 years ago

I like the in-between length. Look at that tiny waist! :-)

  • Jaime replied 10 years ago

Also haven't yet seen the prequel but #3 here.

Hm. It's fitted enough that you can get away with leaving it long... it just makes every skirt a drop waist skirt while you are wearing it. ;)

I guess it depends on if you want to wear it as outerwear - saw on your other thread that you can't wear it over your cardis if it is short. So how do you want to wear it? As part of your outfit, or as an outdoor only affair?

As an indoor blazer, I like the shortest length to go with your closet of mostly skirts and dresses.

    What Rae said:)

  • lyn* replied 10 years ago

I think it will be an outdoor jacket - my workplace isn't funky enough I can get away with wearing it indoors :(

  • Ingunn replied 10 years ago

It's a beautiful jacket, Lyn, and you can of course have it shortened even for outdoor use. Motos are often very cropped, right? They are still outerwear. Go with what you feel is your favorite. I don't see any obvious wrongs here.

  • lyn* replied 10 years ago

Thanks, Ingunn :) I'll have to think on it!

I like #2. Does it work with your pants at this length also? I'm wondering if you just went the inch shorter if you could kind of fudge both pants and skirts with it. If not, I suppose I would defer to Angie and take the full 2" off, and make it a skirt-only topper.

It's beautiful! Since you said it will be mostly an outdoor jacket, I vote for 2. I think I would like 3 best worn open as an indoor jacket.

I agree with La Belle and say it is a tie bwt 1&2.
