Help Me Pick a Rockin' Frock! // NAS

:) Now that I am fully rested from a night of call, I have looked through Angie's picks for NAS, as well as the online offerings. I can probably afford two (possibly three) dresses, but I think I will start with one dress, and try to shore up my existing wardrobe with good quality accessories!

Which dress do you guys like? :)

They are all in stock or orderable, except #4 - because I'll have to stock that Halogen frock because they are all out of stock! #2 is an Angie pick.

I have a favorite, but I'll keep mum on that right now! ;) Thanks!

#5 sings to me. But we have vastly different styles.

Love #1. The pattern looks interesting and I like that it doesn't have cap sleeves.

I like 5 and 2 the best, but really any of these I could see in your wardrobe!

I really like the piping detail and tonal effect of #5.

    Ditto, #5!

I say #2, love the shading of the print! I like #4 but I'm not reconciled to the green shift of the pattern at the hemline.

    I like #2 the best.

2 & 5, they are just a bit different than the usual dress.

Unpopular opinion but I like #1 and #3 best.

    2 and 5!

    Cute dresses!
I really like #1 for a professional-looking but stylish dress.

I like the length and colors of #4, though.

Love #1 for pattern interest and as a slight change from your pretty, twirly skirts.

Next, for me, is #4---but it does have that more girly, twirly style. Do you need more of your FFBO or more variety?

I think #1 looks very professional and has an interesting pattern! And #4 is pretty and very much your style, love the colors!

    I love #5

  • Gabrielle replied 10 years ago

I am in love with number 2.

  • Debra replied 10 years ago

    Number 2 it is :)

    another vote for 2 & 5.

I like where the pleating begins on #2, it is a Lyn dress but a little different to your other fit and flares.

  • missvee replied 10 years ago

I love 2 but it seems very short. 5 is a stunner too.

  • amiable replied 10 years ago

1, 2 and 5 are my favorites!  Any of them would be terrific on you!

  • Thistle replied 10 years ago

#2 and #5, especially if a blazer (your new red one!) is layered overtop for work.

  • Beth Ann replied 10 years ago

Lyn:  I'm late to this thread, but I favor #5 and next is #1.  Still "you" but with a little touch of architectural structure.

  • rachylou replied 10 years ago

Partial to #2 and #4 here. I don't know how well the sleeves on #3 would work for you.

Oh, much angst. Oh much angst!

I am very thankful though, that my biggest problem is which frock is the prettiest! #firstworldproblems ;)

Actually, #5 and #1 were my first two favorites, but I think that #4 is very much like the kind of frock I usually wear and enjoy wearing, so it's a very "slam dunk" for me - while #2 is one of Angie's picks and I'm trying to not let that sway me one way or another (even though I hold Angie's opinion very highly, I see that her lists are for "everyone" and not me specifically). It is the shortest of all of them though.

Good thing I have another few days to decide!

I like #4 and #5. #4 seems very much like your usual dress though, and you have definitely mastered the art of finding those dresses at lower price points. #5 seems like a unique offbranch of your style that can be girlier or more professional looking depending on how you style it. It seems versatile enough for the sum of money you might drop on it.

#1 seems like it can be replicated elsewhere. I like the leopard print/#3 dress but there's something . . . off about the print. Maybe it's because all the dark spots are clustered over the model's boob?

I like #2, but as you said I'm not sure if it's because it's Angie's pick or if it's because I think it suits your style the best.
